How much is delivery?

Standard Delivery orders over £49 will be shipped free of charge. *1-5
If your order value is less than £49, the below charges are applicable. Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and postcodes.

1) Some postcodes, including the Highlands, UK Islands and Northern Ireland, do not qualify for free delivery. The exact cost is determined by your postcode at the checkout process.
2) Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery services to Aberdeen, Argyll, Dundee, Orkney Shetland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight. Deliveries will arrive in 2-3 business days.
3) Nominated day deliveries, including Saturday and Sunday services are available upon request with our customer services team. The exact cost is determined by your postcode on the day.
4) Additional surcharges will apply for postcodes outside the GB mainland. Shipments to the Republic of Ireland are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
5) Allow 1 extra handling day for orders placed during a Bank Holiday, which are processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Your order can be tracked easily in various ways.

1) Your order despatch email:
We'll email you when your order is despatched from our warehouse, this includes a direct tracking link for your parcel. Please allow a little time for the parcel to reach the courier depot from our warehouse, as this is where the main tracking information begins to update. Usually, this should take a maximum of 24 hours.

2) Your order history via your online account:
Select the Milly's order you want to view from the "my orders" section of your account to find another direct tracking link for your parcel.

3) Courier SMS/Email notification:
You will receive a pre-delivery confirmation SMS and/or email from our chosen delivery partner. Depending on the service and your location, this usually contains a time window for when the delivery driver expects to be with you.

When will I receive my order?

We're praised for our fast dispatch speeds and quick delivery services.

Which courier do you use?

We use different couriers for each individual order, the one allocated to you is determined by the delivery service selected during checkout, your location and the total weight of your order. If your order is lightweight and under 3KG it will arrive via Royal Mail or Yodel. Next day services are provided by Hermes or DHL Parcel.

Heavier parcels are handled by Yodel, DHL Parcel and DPD. These are delivered within 1-2 working days.

Do I need to be at home when you deliver?

We recommend that you are home to receive your delivery however if you cannot be at home, your order should be delivered to a safe place, depending on your location and the delivering courier. If your order can not be left safe, it will be re-attempted the next-day.

My order has arrived damaged or is missing an item

We are sorry if this is the case and will rectify the problem right away. If you ordered multiple items, please double check that your order has not been split into multiple parcels. Unfortunately, some multiple parcel deliveries can arrive on seperate days. However, if you are sure this is not the case, please speak to our team directly.

Why are you not delivering to my area?

We are unable to offer delivery to: Guernsey, Jersey and some areas of Northern Ireland. This is due to our current courier restrictions. We are continuously working on being able to offer delivery of our products to more areas.

How do I change my delivery address?

Your delivery address is selected by you during the checkout process. If you need to change the delivery address for an existing order, then you will need to speak to the team directly on 01384 465297 or by emailing support@millys.co.uk

If you order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
